Potjiekos is a traditional South African Meal. It takes skill to bring out all the flavours in a meal like this and is usually done around a fire, where participants, relax, have fun and laugh. We have brought in the competitive side of the event, to build teams. The teams need to collaborate with one another in order to plan the best tasting meal.
Ever dreamed of being a sommelier, well now’s your chance. This activity has sparked many to become a wine connoisseur.Get to taste and blend a variety of wines whilst having fun and competing with your colleagues to produce the best bottle of wine. The activity doesn’t stop there, you get to bottle your own wine as a reminder of this fantastic experience as well as design a wine label that not only describes the wine but exercises your creative ability as a team.

Blind Fold Cake Collaboration
This is an interactive event where delegates are divided into teams. Teams are required to design a culinary master-piece that will be judged according to a list of criteria that are directed at the start of the challenge. Each Team is given identical ingredients and tools for the job.

Pairing wine and chocolate is a match made in heaven for the foodie and wine connoisseur wrapped in one. Just as with wine, chocolate presents a complexity of flavors and textures, with the potential for subtle changes with each new batch of chocolate.
